Pros

Decent Benefits. Good place to learn the business then go to a competitor to get appreciated and more pay. Job security if you are aged 25-33

Cons

Owned by a private equity company (Platinum Equity) that only wants to auction this dog of a company at a profit! Management has no concern for high turnover of people. . . attitude is we'll just hire more! No security for anyone over the age of 45.

Pros

They have running water. Someone empties the trash everyday. There's parking...in case you want to cry alone in your car.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to the nth degree. Workload does not reflect an 8-hour day and they do not allow overtime. There will be many occasions where you're expected to work through your lunch hour. This place lacks diversity and anyone that comes from a diverse background usually up and leaves pretty quickly (cough, cough). I feel like no one is truly happy here in a sales-related role. You can go to a million other companies and find running water and someone who empties the trash everyday. This is just a job, if you are looking for a long and rewarding career, please continue to look elsewhere .

Pros

The CEO has the company on a consistent and clearly defined path. Upper management truly cares about the employees.

Cons

Not a true con, but due to the number of people/locations/acquisitions, there is a good bit of processes that dont get followed exactly which creates headaches for mid-management.
