Pros

Great starting pay. No weekends, unless told to do so 5 days in advance.

Cons

It seemed like they only cared about production. I understand that to a point, but when you don't care about your employees health that's another thing. The manager Larry, was extremely nice at first, but then as soon as your on the floor it's as if he could care less about you. I didn't feel comfortable working there after he gave me the whole production talk about if I don't make a certain amount of lines by a certain time they would let me go. Employees there are dispensable, withing a month of working there 3 people were fired.

Pros

Pay is decent and you get a raise every three months.

Cons

Where can I begin? The management and supervisors have no leadership skills whatsoever. They are consistently finding ways to undermine employees (coming up with bogus occurrences and ridiculous quota system) to try to get people fired. The work area is very small and there are always obstacles in the way (ladders in the aisle, people talking while working), which can cause serious safety issues. Lastly, the place has no real incentive to work there. They do not recognize associates for the work they do, nor is there a festive environment (lunches and events). You're just there to work and that's it. Not to mention the actual employees there are a bunch of kids who do not value work at all and treat the place like a social gathering. If you are just desperate for a job with decent pay, then this is good for you. otherwise, look the other way at this place.
