Pros

Weekends off and Benefits, just two.

Cons

Management Sucks seriously, from the Supervisor's on up to the Plant manager. Rules or Policies verses Preference, are not enforced at all times. we should have an undercover boss to come in and tidy up this company! Getting paid weekly and NOT biweekly would be nice, for all the hard work that one will have faced at the end of the week.

Pros

Nationally recognized brand which offers mobility if and when moving from one state to another. Great hands on experience on the inner workings of inventory management..

Cons

Not much scope for mobility and tasks are repetitive and monotonous. Hiring practices borderline racist, as many well qualified minorities are readily employed for entry level positions but they are consistently overlooked for less or unqualified white workers for supervisory and management roles.
