Cons

Training is a bit minimal, but you have a ton of support for questions so it’s really not a con. I think that helps build mentor-type relationships

Pros

S&S wants you to believe you will have a life long job even after they contract or hire you.

Cons

They will just RIF you when the best opportunity for them starts. S&S will give you tons of validation, and then a few weeks later scheduled a random meeting on MS Teams at after end of day where you see it 1st thing the next morning and you boss is looking away from her camera with an HR rep that you don't even know telling you that you being let go.
