Pros

Not too much to say other than decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Poor Management, Poor Structure, Rude Co-Workers, High Turn Around and No Breaks. If you enjoy wearing a ball & chain, then this is the job for you.

Pros

One half an hour lunch break.

Cons

The management is poor and they are just slaves to their superior, who is a narcissist who can’t even bother to spell or grammar check their mass emails, and is also constantly changing company policy. She doesn’t care about her employees and will fire them in a heartbeat for not being happy with her ever changing self-serving agenda. Every second of your day is micro-managed down to your bathroom break. HR is the biggest joke of them all. Completely incompetent and do not take employee complaints seriously. When a customer demands to speak to a manager, it’s like pulling teeth to get any manager to speak to the customer. They will tell you there’s room for growth, when in reality you can only move up in the customer service department for maybe 25 cents more an hour. Being constantly micromanaged in a high-stress environment really takes its toll. Between the low pay and toxic environment, it’s not worth it at all. There is a very high turn around rate.

Pros

Management will try to convince you this is the best job ever (who do you think adds the 5 star reviews on here?) but its a lie. Read these words. This company does not care about the employees. If you work for this company youre a machine that makes them money. EVERYONE in management will pretend maybe once in awhile like they care about your concerns, but they dont. They all sit in their offices all day doing next to nothing while all the employees fork 12hrs, 5 days a week, even when its NOT peak. PULLERS: They will tell you there is an end shift time but THERE IS NOT. They will force you to work until they tell you that you can leave. IF YOU WORK IN THEIR WAREHOUSE, YOU WILL BE A SLAVE. They will not even let you know what time you get off, until minutes before. And thats AFTER youve been given more work to do. Otherwise, they will use their point system against you or fire you. They will hire anyone. Employees can be seen wearing safety vests unprofessionally like they are fashion items, dress code is not enforced which makes for unappealing & childish environment. Drama & gossip among employees & management alike. Fights. Unprofessionalism across the board. Rules apply when its to company benefit, most times rules not enforced at all. Work faster faster make us more money!!! Thats the motto. HR doesnt care. This location has been through 3 HR representatives in 1 year alone because they too got fed up with their jobs. Dangerous working conditions, dust comes out your nose after a day at this place. Boxes will break your back because safety is overlooked or of no concern, and your concerns will go unheard. Hostile work environment, unprofessional employees and work behavior. High stress coupled with management that prefers to avoid conflict leads to poor attitudes throughout the warehouse. The pay is not worth the bs, and they only raised it to an ACTUAL LIVING WAGE to compete and attract more machines to cycle through their revolving door. Not to mention if youre an upstanding individual with common sense, management wont look you in the eye. Really low standards at this poorly ran family owned business. Apparently they dont understand human beings work for them, needless to say some of the absolute worst. Not a place for good people!

Cons

This is the new industry standard - poorly ran businesses with only money on the mind. No real benefits for actual hard working people here. Insurance benefits arent as great as theyd like you to believe, especially when they will give you points for missing days even when you have a doctors note. If you try to even ask to leave early for appts they will give you a hard time, & doesnt matter if you give notice weeks in advance bc they will forget. They will work you in to the ground for nothing if you let them, and then they will talk about you when you turn your back. Employees and management alike. Unethical practices, & no real sense of whats essential to a good work environment. They could lose good employee after good employee (which they have) and still not realize why.
