Pros

• You’ll quickly learn how much abuse you’re willing to tolerate. • Constant turnover means plenty of empty desks. • Management’s incompetence lowers the bar so much, you’ll never feel challenged.

Cons

• Toxic leadership built on fear, favoritism, and arrogance. • No respect for employees, only exploitation. • Zero opportunities for growth or development. • Culture that destroys morale and punishes dissent. • High turnover, constant chaos, and no accountability.

Pros

The only pros are those you can get anywhere.

Cons

Will work you to death and underpay you. The workload is unimaginable. The CEO will have fits of rage and impose arbitrary restrictions or duties to punish everyone. Accounting and HR usually get emptied out once a year due to CEO rage firing. No training just survival. Not many, outside of management, can survive the environment.

Focused, Flexible, adjusts to changes in business sector, good pay and benefits, treat employees fairly. Those who can't cut it don't last.

Cons

Rapid paced, requires employees to do their job to standard, low tolerance for laziness.
