Pros

Nice benefits. Good people working with you. Work schedule for teams are very consistent. Can work remotely from home or other locations.

Cons

Low pay. No health benefits for part timers nor paid vacations. Workload can be heavy for teams on occasion. Blackout weeks means people don't work. Be nice to schedule some work during those weeks to keep employees working.

Pros

I work for Ahold Delhaize through SAS. SAS seems to have a good relationship with the company, which is where most of the perks come from. I never feel like I'm in danger of losing my job.

Cons

Hard work often goes unnoticed. It seems like the laziest employees get looked favorably upon because they know how to suck up.

They treat lazy workers like gold "government kick backs for them" and hard working employees like their crap....upper management is a joke
