      Four daybook week, no weekends.

      Cons

      This is a team environment. What a joke, as a very hard worker I get the hardest sets because our lead (who hides all day) knows it will be done correct. I am paid the least while the rest of the team makes more because they have been than longer. One person quit and returned a year later and they still pay him more than me. The lead never has your back only her own. My time here is coming to an end.

      They're racist twords hispanic people, they treat you like you don't have a brain, management talks down to everyone, team captains and upper management smoking weed all the time, watch your pay they will try to rip you off and no matter how fast and hard you work they just want more. My advice take your time because they will still treat you like crap.

      Easy work until you get promoted

      Pros

      Merchandisers have little responsibilities which means less stress. An easy job if you're just looking to make a few bucks. Employees don't work on weekends.

      Cons

      Once you move up to Team Lead, workload becomes much too aggravating for the pay. Upper management seems to lack communication with each other which leads to unnecessary mistakes that occur almost daily. Many times Team Leads have to return on their days off to complete tasks because of the time wasted due to these mistakes.
