Job started well but deteriorated with management changes
Pros
This job was great at first, we all came in as a team, got the job done and went home and got a full day of pay for our hard work AS A TEAM!! Then they started making changes with upper management and it slowly got worse. The only pro I had at the time of leaving was that it was paying my bills!
Cons
They pay for travel but have you drive a very long commute so the pay doesnt reflect wear and tear on the vehicle. Made to stay late to help slower employees which brings down morale and forces the good and efficient employees to also slow down. This means less is being done!! This company claims they give health insurance and other benefits but they are not affordable. The health insurance costs your entire paycheck. No PTO or vacation time is accrued either, even though you are hired as a "full time" employee. They only give you patt time benefits.
