Pros

Flexible hours Tasks are not difficult to learn Good for a student or someone just looking for a little money

Cons

No training for new employees Has gradually been cutting hours for the last 2 years Management does very little and often isn't helpful Rules seem to change weekly Will tell you not to do something, then berate you the next day for not doing it Toxic work environment Not a sustainable job. Often only working 1-4 hours a day for 4 days a week.

weekends off, holidays off, my supervisor was cool, did not micro manage

Cons

Rate of pay could be better, bonus for seasonal work was tied to factors beyond my control

Pros

Good travel pay if you’re willing to be on the road. Team Leads get paid less than you which is funny when you argue with them and get to bring that up. You’re likely to only be fired if you’re caught doing something illegal. They never ever want to fire merchandisers.

Cons

So much sexual harassment if you’re any kind of physically attractive. Team Leads have god complexes HR is nonexistent If you’re not traveling the pay or terrible
