Pros

The clients are typically quite friendly, the job is easy and satisfying. The leather of the shoes smells great, as well as fits great! Human Resources seems to be receptive to complaints.

Cons

It was a toxic work environment from the beginning.

Your feedback is valued and we thank you for sharing it. We're disappointed to learn you feel so negatively about your tenure at SAS. The company has undergone many changes over the past few years to stay competitive and relevant in an ever-changing marketplace. While many changes have taken place, the core values of top quality, comfort, fit and value for our customers remains unchanged. We certainly wish you well in your future endeavors.

Pros

Twenty five years of enjoying the trust necessary to develop skills in leadership, recruiting, interviewing, skill placement, problem solving, (or better, spotting smoke before the fire), develop additional leadership while implementing ways to keep the "lateral" moving employee fully engaged in other areas. Challenging, rewarding and all employee driven.

Cons

I often think about having not met a single person who did not have something I could use to improve my own skills. Goals were crystal clear from 1976 - 2012. As we went from one generation of ownership to the next, the style of leadership became something unrecognizable to me. Employee creativity and input was no longer accepted. Micro-Mtg will always fail and will always baffle me. Long term employees, if performing, should be a source of pride not elimination.
