Pros
Company pays a large part of cost of health benefits.
Cons
This company has very high turnover. They like to fire people without any notice at all (this happens often). Also, day to day, working here can be difficult, hugely competitive environment, company has favored employees and everyone else is viewed as expendable. Some employees like to throw other employees under the bus (ie. frequent reporting of small mistakes) to make themselves look better to management.
