There's always positions opening up you'll advanced in weeks or months. Big paycheck.

Cons

Nosy co-workers. They lie and spread rumors to get you fired then they high five each other when they get their way

Pros

At times the bonuses/profit sharing was good, but unfortunately have not seen that in a few years. When not in the office, worksite dress attire is casual. Have met and worked with some very down to earth PM's.

Cons

A lot of office politics, upper management is a revolving door. At times too many chiefs for the tribe. Expect an endless list of priority one tasks, with very few compliments

Pros

They had work where there was none in my town

Cons

Out of 9 people on the jobsite 7 were considered foremen. Mostly of hispanic decent they would speak in Spanish when they didnt want me to understand the conversation. Only the "in" crowd would be kept on after the job was over. Carrot dangling about the next job is SOP for this outfit when they have no intention of keeping you for the next job.
