Pros

SCAN has mission driven culture where our clinicians are deeply invested in the well being of our members, ensuring every medical decision is guided by genuine compassion and a commitment to senior health. Scan has great work life balance.

Cons

Clinical org is dysfunctional at best for instance, President’s Chief of Staff acting as a CMO, making high-level clinical decisions without the necessary clinical background. Besides me, people I work with is also losing patience.

Pros

There are no pros in this company.

Cons

- The work here is crippled by outdated software and broken processes that make every task slower and more frustrating than it should be. - Leadership refuses to step up or fix anything, showing laziness and complete disregard for the team’s struggles. - Those in charge are ineffective and incompetent, leaving employees to fight through constant inefficiency with no support. - The combination of endless obstacles and poor guidance makes the entire experience demoralizing and exhausting.

And with 91% of employees saying that SCAN is a great place to work according to our Great Place to Work survey, we believe we’re headed in the right direction. Pros

When I accepted this job I really thought this would be something good for me. The hiring manager seemed nice, very professional, and seemed to respect everyone no matter what their status is. It never occurred to me that something awful was happening behind it all. But still, I'm grateful for the job, the opportunity, and everything I've learned here.

Cons

It makes me feel awful knowing how the company lies to the clients and mislead them into believing that they actually have their clients best interest. That they are committed to providing seniors the access to proper care and services they needed, but the reality is way far from that! Management is devious in making things happen to get what they want and the CEO is greedy, has no humanity and evil for wanting all these people's money! Anyone who has a conscience won't be able to stand working here!
