Pros

You can meet some cool people along the way

Cons

This company operates in complete chaos with lack of collaboration, no communication, no transparency, and pure toxicity. Priorities would switch from day to day, making the work environment very inconsistent. The company is constantly hiring, hence, always understaffed. They will overwork you and you will have several mental health crises while you work there. Glad I left.

Pros

Flexible work-from home. Great benefits

Cons

Incredibly unprofessional CEO. Chaotic work environment. Constant layoffs and restructuring. Leadership has their favored few and everyone else is at risk. CEO is narcissistic and incredibly unprofessional. Many other members of the leadership team were unprofessional. Contacting employees in the evening and talking about their personal lives. A lot of backstabbing. Not a healthy work environment.

We regret hearing about your negative experience but are glad to hear that you enjoyed the hybrid work modes that we offer and robust benefits offerings during your time at SCAN. While we understand that experiences can vary, the behaviors described do not reflect the culture we pride ourselves on here at SCAN. SCAN prides itself on caring for its employees and in creating a supportive, collaborative environment where our Rebels (employees) can thrive and collectively support our mission to keep seniors healthy and independent. And with 93% of all of our employees saying SCAN is a great place to work, we believe we’ve done just that. Our leadership also works hard to ensure an “open door policy” to allow for candid feedback from all levels of the organization with the option to submit anonymously at any time. As you have moved on from SCAN, we wish you the best in your future pursuits.

Pros

I can't think of any pros to write down.

Cons

Huge workloads and long hours, lack of opportunities to advance given to employees, management is more focused on finding problems rather than fixing them, work environment is chaotic because of terrible communication, etc.
