      You can gain a lot of valuable experience during your time here.

      Cons

      Working here is incredibly overwhelming. With a fast-paced work environment, heavy workloads, long hours, and an endless stream of tasks, there isn’t a single moment for you to catch your breath. I was always fatigued and burnt out while I was still working here. You can’t even ask anyone for help because management couldn’t care less about you, and your coworkers are probably just as miserable as you are.

      Pros

      I like working in a place with a steady pace, realistic goals, and clear expectations. There's also good collaboration across departments, and management shares feedback regularly. Opportunities for growth exist, especially for those who take initiative. The pay aligns with what's typically offered in this field, and the benefits package is good.

      Cons

      System updates can take a while.

      Came here for the mission, stayed for the people. Not just trying to hit numbers - building lasting member relationships is a priority. Variety of tasks - my days are a mix of field visits and follow-up calls. Competitive pay, commission structure with no hidden surprises, 401(k) match, and generous time off.
