      Pros

      good benefits, there are some great people to work with. Prior to the new CEO it was the best job I have ever had. Now it is just like any other company. Grow Grow Grow and fill the pockets of Admin and then take complete advantage of the people who make the company run.

      Cons

      you have to be loyal to the company. family and family life come second. if you disagree it is a deal breaker and they will let you go. Don't ever expect a raise. Expect to be taken advantage of and not have a voice.

      Pros

      Benefits, Some Employees, technology, PTO & vacation accrual and 401k. Learn something new daily even if it's not in your immediate department.

      Cons

      Used to have great work life balance. Remote opportunities are dwindling. Layoffs more frequently. Healthcare is ever changing and so is the business. Middle management has trouble updating on current changes, policies, ect. Communication is lacking. Lower level employees pushed to breaking point with frustration often. Overpromise but under deliver. Pay below market standard.
