Beyond terrible

Pros

Working from home, certain leads are always in your corner

Cons

Everything. They pick and pick. No help from supervisors. No help from upper management tf. Certain supervisors are a joke and joke about life on social media. Time cops are the worst, the point system smh is beyond terrible. If you have a life its non existent working here. Dont get sick they guilt you into making you work. If team chats are supposed to help why do folks get ignored. If ypubspeak up, your mpat likely going to get in trouble. This is not an open door company. If you go to HR they gossip and talk bad about everyone. I got an email that was not supposed to be sent to me and it did and lets just say HR needs to be replaced. Maybe if they took the time to hear their employees and concerns the company as a whole would do better. They are only worried about money and trying to be better than the other companies. If a customer needed a supervisor, tuh, good luck they never wanted to talk to the clients. I have proof from a manager telling me to tell the client lies. Like that's not right. This company needs some serious house cleaning done. They let managers or team leads talk to employees any kind of way like that's unprofessional. If your looking for a job keep looking. The money is only good if you sale your soul to get sales. When I first took the job half the things they do now were not in the job discrption. Thwy lie to get folks in thwn treatvyou like a red headed step child. Team leads gossip about other agents. Nobody in that horrible place is better than the next. Everybody at lifesafer can stand to go through management and supervisor training to better understand professionalism that EVERYBODY LACKS!!!!!!

Pros

Hybrid schedule Snacks in office PTO Sick time 3% 401k match Most of the employees in the company are kind and awesome to work with OK job security before company acquisition. Job security is questionable now with the company merger since they are planning to make a profit and sell the company.

Cons

Offshore teams result in very early morning calls Expectation is to wear many hats and do any task/job asked Not enough employees to distribute work load resulting in burnout Company overall is having a lot of turn over Every day the work is well over an 8 hr day due to immense work loads Pay is below market for each job Company merger has created a lot of uncertainty Promotion opportunities are slim There is no safe space for employees to speak if they have an issue. HR does not keep confidentiality Having a new CEO focused on making money to sell the company does not create a comfortable environment for employees. What will happen to the employees when they decide to sell the company? Will they lay off employees to lower costs? There are many people in the company who are completely unprofessional. HR and management is aware and nothing is done to correct their behavior. A few bad apples do indeed create a toxic work environment
