Really great people to work with, work/life balance, direct management is great, impactful products and company, growth and direction of the company are trending in a positive direction

Cons

Massive disconnect and silos between the c suite and lower level employees. While I believe in the direction of the company, most of the c suite aren't great leaders of people. Lot of burnout across all departments

Nice office space and quiet since most everyone chooses to work from home

Cons

I used to feel empowered to speak up when problems arose but that feeling of safety is long gone and it show in the attitudes of my peers and I. SCRAM used to be synonymous with the best of the industry but I don't believe that is still the case because we've lots sight of the values that got us to where we are. I hope that the next private equity group that purchases SCRAM can correct the wayward course we are currently on.

Cons

Commute is a bit long – But the work is worth the drive Office snacks disappear quickly – Everyone’s a fan of the good stuff Time flies – Days move fast when you’re in the zone
