RUN! Work flow ran out, Sitting and waiting hours for work orders, Customer Service orders behind on schedule, No communicate and team work

Horrible company. The pay is absolute dirt. Completely over promised what you can make in commissions. Bonuses held back due to accounting errors. Can't get any help from Management. Do not waste your time with this company. They do not care about their employees. The turn over is crazy and they just don't care. They will just get the next group of suckers in a 2 week training course where they will continue to lie about what you can make in commissions. Good luck to any clients that need help. The wait time is 4 hours at best on hold to talk to an agent.

Horrible management with a very big disconnect between what happens at the shop and what they want.

Management sucks, the pay sucks, the staff is rude. You’ll be overworked and underpaid. They’re ableist and won’t accommodate you no matter what. You will be absolutely miserable working here. Also they steal wages.

Poor pay, experience. 10 plus tabs open at all times. Tons of administrative work for very little commission potential

Product quality isn't a primary focus. Lots of international development while domestic still struggles. Middle management is lackluster and often unprofessional. States we make fair payment but employees ask for better pay constantly.

- Work is a little repetitive. - Time off policy is fair, but has too many rules. - Schedule changes can take weeks or months to be put in to place.

Pay is on lower end of range for role and responsibilities. All teams are understaffed. Pay growth is pretty dead in the water it seems.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about working for SCRAM/LifeSafer. I've worked here for six months and this is one of my first jobs out of college. I never expected to like working in this industry as much as I have, but it's been such a pleasant surprise. It's great to know you're helping people in your career.
