You can work from home and some of the people are ok.

Cons

Very poor pay, over staffing of sales when they should be over staffing their service department to answer the calls for distraught clients. Rules that lack common sense, like following the script (it’s not a guideline, it’s a word for word requirement). Or having call transfers or hang ups count against your closing rate. New rules every week, none in the favor of your compensation. You can’t track commission and it’s never right. This company is out to make money, at the salespersons expense.

None at all since the merge with Lifesafer.

Cons

Overworked Underpaid. No Raises beyond .50 annually if any at all. No Holidays off and if you call out sick you dont get holiday pay. You cannot ask for time off before or after Holidays so tell your family goodbye.

We are sorry to hear that you have not been able to get holidays off, our holidays are based upon your schedule and we reduce the number of scheduled agents per holiday to allow for the maximum number of individuals off while still providing coverage our year round business. After holidays lots of calls. Some Management do not know how to speak to employees kind of rude must read a lot of information and when you ask for help you sent to do more reading when they could have assisted the general question

The pay sucks. I started as a temp and they brought me on full time in a month with no pay increase. I'm being under paid annually by at least $6,000

The pay is not great for what we have to do. Their are about 4 systems we have to know and deal with nothing but people with dui’s. You can imagine how hostile clients can be. One even told me to kill myself. Finally they are allowing people to move around the company BUT the pay is the same. Pay is something they seem to not care about. The just merge with another company and their start up pay is more than ours. You would think they would increase ours. And of course we are constantly understaff.
