It has been an awful experience working for Securus

Pros

I think that the project managers go above and beyond in what can only be described as difficult circumstances

Cons

They are making up the rules as we go along they have no clear leadership in the PM area. I work on average 60-80 projects a week. I have to work through my lunch on most days just to meet the required 45 hour work week, We are always reacting instead of being proactive. I am not allowed to manage my own work load or project plans.

Pros

Other Employees were very nice

Cons

Management had little direction. Too much busy work, little innovation. No room for advancement. had a boss there who once told me it made her day when people cried because of something she said to them. That is not a great environment to work in
