Pros

Novus is a fantastic place to start one’s career, the exposure one gets by working with cutting edge technology on intellectually stimulating problems is second to none especially if you have an interest and passion for finance and alternative investments

Cons

Downside of being in a small firm is the paucity of a good work life balance

- Plenty of opportunities to explore and work across different divisions - Fast pace work environment; great for people who can self-motivate and learn quickly - Great colleagues and managers; very encouraging and helpful

Cons

- If you need a lot of guidance and handholding, you may find the pace a little too quick at Novus. However if you are someone who thrives in a challenging environment, Novus would be a great place for you to work
