Novus is the most dynamic, stimulating and fast-paced workplace I've ever experienced. It's been seven months since I've joined the company, and I'm still excited to come into work every day. You see how passionate your coworkers are about their work and you can't help but feed off their energy and feel that you're part of a tightly-knit family working towards a single goal. During the short time I've been here, I've also witnessed the tremendous potential for growth there is for every employee who puts in the effort. People here take their jobs very seriously but also value the fun-loving and down-to-earth aspects of an excellent work culture (we know how to have a good time with each other in and out of the office)!

When anyone asks me what I like most about working at Novus I will always respond with "the people". Novus has the most intelligent, passionate, and hard working individuals in the industry. The environment is extremely open and collaborative and everyone truly enjoys the work that they are doing and is excited to be here. There is so much opportunity for growth and I really feel like I have learned an invaluable amount of knowledge about finance and technology. You are constantly challenged and encouraged to voice your ideas - you really feel like your work is valued and appreciated. It's a great team oriented place and everyone gets along great.
