Substantial continuing education budget and course offerings Mentoring and ramp-up period for new hires Opportunities to serve as a clinical educator for PT programs in the region

Cons

Extremely busy schedules, often pushed to see 2-3 patients at the same time (not group therapy) Company says they don’t care about numbers but push metrics at every meeting Workers are discouraged from using PTO when they want to because there is never enough coverage
