Depending on clinic, great co workers Depending on clinic, great patient interactions They will take you in with no experience in healthcare and teach you from the ground up

Cons

Pay is low Not a lot of grow opportunity with a pay increase Bonus team can take awhile to award bonus and if you leave before a pay period ends you don't receive the bonus you earned

Pros

I work at a clinic on the KS side >Flexibility in hours worked, but may depend on the clinic you work at (depends on RVP's & Clinic Director's view, may depend on other staff.) >Weekly company meetings to keep everyone on the same page, bi/ monthly clinic meetings, monthly /flexible 1 on 1 meetings. >Created a space on our intranet that is more relevant to our job title and somewhat to our region ( parent company is Upstream Rehabilitation Partners in Chattanooga, TN ).

Cons

>Closely monitors queue concerning incoming faxes and - if above the low threshold - will ask as to why even though none of the entries are referrals, authorizations, or medical record requests. >Will send an email announcing an effective date of a week or less for a major update in a process. We go over the update in the Thursday meeting and are asked to send any questions. The answers may not answer the question nor may not be received until after the effective date. >Our 3rd party verification team is behind. We send emails to escalate. The chart is not verified in time, so we have to verify as there are two forms, benefit details and a payment form, that are dependent on this before they can be generated.
