Pros

Although the pay is low, it’s still a job. That’s a pro, I guess.

Cons

Horrible leadership. Everyone with any talent leaves. Everyone who stays can’t get a job somewhere else. VPs with no experience. No direction or strategy. Terrible pay for specialty positions.
