Not much except the occasional pizza party.

Cons

Extremely toxic environment. Delusional leadership. Organization is being sued for a wrongful death. Union busting. Look it up, it’s everywhere. It’s a horrible place, stay away if you can.

To encourage our team members to grow their careers within SERV, we have also increased our tuition benefits program to support their educational pursuits. Like many employers, SERV has faced challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has included staffing-related challenges. However, this has not stopped us from carrying out our mission to provide the highest level of compassionate care.
