Pros

Some really good compassionate staff~"Some". Clients / Family vibes

Cons

Start pay decent however you'll remain at that pay for quite a long time -very very very minimal raise..currently fighting against Union for better pay & employees having say so in benefits. Serv not a safe place to work. CEO big hefty raise everyone else left with extreme minimal.

Be aware drama Union County

Pros

some of the consumers are great to work with. SERV does not like to move residents when needed to a lower/higher level of care.

Cons

Drama with coworkers. Favoritism. Micro manage from supervisors. Higher ups in Trenton stopped giving bonuses while they collect it from home. Did not allow salary workers to work from home but majority of the administrators are. Workers have COVID can still work if they do not show symptoms. This job is a joke. Director does not have a mind of his own and overworked and underpaid. Residents live in dump homes. Maintenance...what a joke! Nothing gets fixed. Residents run the sites. They don't want a Union because they don't want to offer us more money! We are underpaid. At least give us our bonuses back!! especially those who work hard and not appreciated. The hard workers get overworked while the slackers get a pat on their back.
