Pros

You get paid on time. And you gain experience working WITH and FOR the mentally ill.

Cons

Even though you get paid on time, sometimes you dont get paid correctly...so monitor your check ! The CFO and other higher ups will talk to you like you're a POS. They are laundering money. IT'S SO OBVIOUS ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY. They will work you NON STOP and tell you you're incompetent in the same breath. They manipulate you into thinking you aren't doing enough even though you clock 60 hours weeks just to get work done that you shouldn't be doing in the first place. YES they make you do things that is not in your job description and threaten to fire you if you don't. This isn't temporary either ! If someone leaves, they will make you do their job for MONTHS ! I mean MONTHS at a time with no compensation or so much as a "Good job." and the only way to get out of it is to take time off so they realize the job is to much for one person because they end up having to do it themselves. They CONSTANTLY put you in dangerous situations and tell you it's part of your job... They never have enough staff for things to get done efficiently. I don't mean just on the schedule, I mean within the company. They don't hire people because like i said, we work 60 hour weeks and the work gets done. why hire more people ? THERE WILL BE DAYS YOU WONT EAT !! So keep that in mind. The pay is not enough. They raised some peoples hourly wage by a penny once... Basically what i'm saying is, if you need a job, take it but DO NOT stop applying to other jobs !!!!!!!!!!!
