Pros

Pros were the staff were very involved with consumers on a daily and weekly basis, there were NPs and other professionals to look to. The administrative and reception team is phenomenal

Cons

Not flexible to employee's needs and disabilities, bad experience with HR including not following chain of command or protocol. Denied request to meet with Regina Widdows when requested, HR not on site

I feel extremely valued in my work here. Even the highest executives respect and value people on the lowest rank, which wasn't the case in a couple of my previous positions. Benefits are wonderful and always forthcoming, with health, dental, and vision offered to all full-time staff. Wellness programs are also offered and promoted to all employees. Workers are encouraged to enroll in continuing education (tuition reimbursement is offered!), and there seems to be lots of opportunities for upwards mobility. I can see myself staying here for a long time.

Cons

It feels like sometimes there isn't consistency between the sub-companies of SERV. I think that there isn't a good communication system in place between our many locations.
