Pros

Company has an awesome mission and the staff works hard for the betterment of the clients' needs

Cons

Since the change in CEO (2016) there's been nothing but transition and turmoil at the corporate office. It's difficult for the company to operate effectively with the constant turnover and all the drama at the executive level.

There certainly have been many changes, including changes in staff, which can make for a busy and fast-paced environment. Have had many issues on boarding, such as not receiving important emails and not being put into the electronic system
