Pros

plenty time off-sick, personal, pto Bonuses every year Upper management actually listen to you if you have a problem Employee of the month during staff meeting Overtime

Cons

no room for growth unless you have a Masters after that your stuck as a RPM. A person is lucky to be coordinator due to the cut backs. understaff pay is ok but should be better Now they are tight on supplies in group home. Staff have to bring their own supplies Don't higher within company

Pros

Used to be a good company to work for

Cons

Laying off one month and hiring new positions the next?? Seems like new management is pushing out the older employees. Cutting back because of financial issues is understandable but to list new positions after letting a number of people go is just wrong.
