Pros

Good for experience. its a job...

Cons

Extremely poor upper management with loads of hidden agendas, high turnover, hostile work environment, non-profit status but is FOR PROFIT, money laundering, Medicaid fraud, greedy upper management lines their pockets with grant money, no raises, unapologetic nasty Coordinators, rumors run rampant, no HR ethics assistance, staff are overworked and underpaid. If you are on top of the chain and are female, unless you "perform" certain tasks you will not remain at the top. Nepotism and inappropriate relationships run wild at main office in Ewing. Favoritism is apparent. Bad employees are kept due to being friends with higher ups. Highest salaries over 180K for doing nothing all day while hard working staff are making less than Walmart is paying.
