Pros

Good starter job I didn't work here longer than a year. It was a good addition to my resume. . Oh and the team of counselors that I worked with were awesome. Lots of overtime if you want it. That's about it

Cons

Low pay Supervisors expect you all of the work and do not support you Upper management like RPM/ Program Coordinators do not listen to counselors( not sure if it is a power struggle thing) Hours are god awful Work-life balance is awful No room for growth. (Senior Counselor position is a joke) even if you do go to school and get your masters you STILL making less than any other agency in the area as a RPM.
