No raises No room for growth New CEO is not good, she needs to get out more and listen to the people who work in the group homes. She also needs to listen and observe to the people who work at the corporate office and find out why so many

Used to be a good company to work for

Laying off one month and hiring new positions the next?? Seems like new management is pushing out the older employees. Cutting back because of financial issues is understandable but to list new positions after letting a number of people go is just wrong.

Bad pay No support Unsafe working conditions No respect for workers Do not care about the people they "help" Will hide troublesome clients when Medicaid visits HUGE turnover
