Pros

Good benefits, Dental health vision, vacation , sick, personal and holiday pay. Opportunity for overtime.

Cons

Poor work hours, possiblility to be stuck for 16 hours if reliefe doesn't show up. Workers don't like to work. Houses have bed bugs. Staff is not made aware of client backgrounds if violent. Poor case management system. If you call out or take vacation during a holiday, your holiday pay will cover your missed hours, same for overtime.

Pros

Honestly, I have been with the company for a few years and I truly believe it is a good place to work, good people, excellent benefits, great staff, good starting salary for Residential Counselors. I would 100% recommend anyone to apply, if you want to make a difference in someones life. #PositiveEnergy #ApplyOnlineServbhs.net

Cons

The turnover in staffing within the past few years.
