Pros

Some of the people who work here are wonderful individuals, you get okay benefits, and some of the clients just make it all worth while,

Cons

The management and clinical staff are impossible in most cases, you get treated very poorly, you don't make very much, the facilities are not in great condition, it is a very sad place to work

Pros

The experience in behavioral health here is really good. It helped me realize what I did NOT want to do. Great to interact with the client's in their homes and assist them with daily living skills.

Cons

Administrative/Clinical staff treat you as if your "the help", and do not respect or honor your opinion majority of the time as it relates to client's. The compensation for the amount of work that you do is not up to par, especially when neighboring agencies offer double. Poor management, no follow-up from payroll, no responses in emails.
