Pay horrible. They're people who've been there for years & not making minimum wage. Disrespectful(from the top). Could care a less about employees in the field. Houses are located in dangerous areas and trust me serv do not care. All the other negative reviews about serv- please believe them. It's not an over exaggeration.

Thank you for your comments. Over the past year, SERV Behavioral Health System has made some of the most significant salary increases in its almost 50-year history across the entire organization. To encourage our team members to grow their careers within SERV, we have also increased our tuition benefits program to support their educational pursuits. Like many employers, SERV has faced challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has included staffing-related challenges. However, this has not stopped us from carrying out our mission to provide the highest level of compassionate care.
