      Terrible Hours, Horrible Communications, Not worth the pay

      Pros

      Attempts to distract from the fact that you are overworked and underpaid with free lunches

      Cons

      The entire company is slowly going down the drain as sales plummet due to a digitization of the software market, the company produces nothing and you will feel like nothing more than a button presser who's job is just waiting to be automated. The starting pay is absolutely not a wage that you can survive off of.

      Pros

      Within the ITAM group there are plenty of opportunities for growth and change. You are only limited by your drive (and maybe technology). There is constant change, it is never dull. Yes it is challenging but so is the market space.

      Cons

      yes there are issues as there are with any organization and I would never believe a review that says everything is perfect.

      SHI's Corporate Culture Change

      Pros

      No caps on earnings and great sales support. Earnings can be great with the right territory and accounts.

      Cons

      Company culture of providing straight commission sales reps autonomy is gone. New layers of management, added administrative duties and the creation of the Corp Sales Division have caused a lot of confusion, disappointment and diminished what made the company special and unique. Sales management titles are now being given to some individuals who have very little sales skills let alone sales management skills.
