Pros

As long as you produce, management allows you to get away with murder and do whatever you want. Showed me the exact type of company never to work for. If you would like to work for a company that hires 80 people with the intent on firing 75 of them, then this is the place for you.

Cons

If you can hold out longer than the rest of the people on your team, management will promote you just because you're a breathing body. Accounting and Finance teams are led by individuals with no experience. Promotions for employees with less than a year of experience happen frequently because no time is put into hiring leaders to develop staff. Accounts are just handed over as well as placements as soon as others leave and management encourages career suicide by promoting individuals quickly without any experience or management training. After I left, two individuals who were going to be released just the month prior for lying about client visits were promoted because they had no one else to put in the position. No training, little to no direction from management for new grads, and absolutely no career path other than false titles. As a Division Manager, I was told by a Sr. VP that its better to hire someone just to make dials and fire them 3 months later just to fill the seat. No time or effort is put into new hires and the direct managers of new hires don't have any experience to begin with. Everyone is paid a different base salary no matter of production or experience level and told that if they talk to anyone else about it then they'll be fired on the spot. I had a girl reporting to me that made more on her base than me, even though she had no experience and I was producing more than her. When this information came out after she quit, I asked for a raise and was told that the owner of the company wouldn't approve it.... even though I finished the year at the top of my concentration. Lastly, its common knowledge that they're positioning themselves to sell, which is why they only allow their employees to take clients to lunch for a total of $14 per head and if your tip is anything more than 10%, then you were responsible for anything over. You can't even go to Panera in the Chicagoland area for that amount. Cheep Dishonest Unethical Inexperienced Unprofessional
