Pros

Solute is full of good people who are trying to do cool things. The company is moving in the right direction and have people in charge who know what they are doing. They are trying to expand into new areas and provide innovation services. Being a small company, there is a benefit of getting your hands into different areas, which provides personal career growth.

Cons

Being a small company, sometimes there is a lot to do for each person, but this is expected.

Pros

Fairly new to the company. The communication is great. The people I work with are very smart and they are very open to new ideas and new approaches. We use the latest and greatest technologies which can be very exciting.

Cons

Their building is SLIGHTLY farther away from the lunch time restaurants than I would like.

Pros

The company really values talented and hard working employees. They give you a lot of latitude in the technologies, solutions, architecture, etc. I have had the opportunity to work on a lot of very cool technologies and to learn from, work with, and mentor a lot of great people. I have worked with top companies like Google and Boeing and have had the opportunity to attend and present at a lot of very interesting conferences and workshops. If you have a creative, problem solving mind, and a strong work ethic, you will be identified as a rock start and moved up through the ranks quickly.

Cons

SOLUTE is still a smaller (100 employees +/-) company. As such the engineers have to wear many hats. It can be a challenge to play developer, Dev Ops engineer, architect, tester, and sysadmin. You get exposure to a lot of things, but you also have to be very self sufficient.
