You'll hear one thing in the interview and another when you start. That's the beginning of the management deceptions. Then comes the bullying and the shaft. They'll promise you work for a period of time and once you finished your portion of the project with client sign-off, you're out the door shorter then the period of Full-Time employment promised upon hire.
When they do not get payed by their Prime, they use you as the pawn to get payment, work stoppage and non-requested, forced paid leave, till they get their check and your leave is used up. Then it's back to catch up on missed days and still meet the deadlines.
Zero professional development or advancement. Evaluations are looked upon as a burden and not an opportunity to align excellence in performance. This shows how management is all about them and not the organization and client.
The only long term employment here is for executive staff and nothing below unless you can bring in contracts through your contacts. It's not about ability or performance.
