I've had nothing but positive experiences with management and the work we're doing. But I am also not working directly out of San Diego. The only downsides have strictly to do with the admittedly real "hurry up and wait" nature of government contract work. But that is intermittent, and in the meantime there is usually work to help with on other projects. I'd hate for talented engineers to pass on an opportunity to work on the at-scale devops transformations that Solute provides, because of others negative experiences I can't even corroborate.

SOLUTE goes out of its way to find billable work. These opportunities allow software engineers, devops engineers, network engineers, etc. to continue to grow professionally. If you are an ambitious person you will undoubtedly thrive at SOLUTE. The company goes above and beyond to properly award individuals (bonuses or pay increases, promotions, etc.).
