Pros

Lots of opportunities to move up and around. The culture of the company is great. If you have an idea, it is very easy to act on it without much approval and make a big difference in your department. Allows you to stand out from the crowd if you put in the effort.

Cons

Pay is relatively low when compared to positions at other companies. Sales teams are highly rewarded while operations receives meager recognition and no bonuses.

Pros

A LOT of opportunities to demonstrate your skills and abilities. This fast growing company definitely offers a lot of challenges to identify and solve. Lots of room for activity above and beyond your normal job description. The company does a great job of taking care of their employees and offers a positive, supportive work environment.

Cons

Internal friction between different departments causes some to take their eyes off the ball. Lack of communication channels keeps teams in the dark regarding what others are working on. Internal tools are cumbersome and require a lot of maintenance.
