Good company, bad communication

Pros

Great people. Company has strong vision of where they want to be. Strong growth and recognition. Excellent pay.

Cons

More internal strife and politics than other companies I've worked at. Departments are highly compartmentalized with little communication/cooperation between them. Sales is outperforming operations team creating an ever growing backlog of dissatisfied customers.

Pros

Small (300 employees) enough to be personal but large enough so you don't feel the need to go to your coworker's wedding. Good management feedback overall. A solid product that has produced excellent growth for the company.

Cons

Too many technical flaws in the product. The company should improve its core product before expanding into new territory. It's large enough to move up one or two positions but small enough that there isn't much beyond that for career growth.
