The pay is not bad.The trucks are new but they buy the cheapest model.The plant managers are not “managers”.They are drivers ect. that got moved to batch loading trucks.But have absolutely zero management skills or how to talk to grown men & women!

Cons

You will not work less than 12 hrs a day. More like 14+ a day. 6 days a week. 70+ hrs a 6 day week.Rain or shine.Management and dispatch are horrible,very unprofessional!

Claim to be a Christian company but they are only worried about the dollar. Terrible benefits. Work 6 days a week. Minimum vacations. Terrible company for employees.

Easy work but wouldn't recommend mixer driving

Cons

Horrible pay, company will say they're hiring you for driving a tanker but will keep you in a mixer truck making peanuts. Seasonal work, if it rains no work. They'll say you can do vehicle maintenance and etc, but the manager will tell you to go home.
