Pros

This place is a toxic atmosphere. Human Resources is so dysfunctional and they are very backward with policies and systems. It is like walking back into 1970.

Cons

Inbred atmosphere where friends of the family who own it run things. They try and get you with great benefits and 401(k)/pension, but it is not worth it in the long run at all!
