Pros
While the company is a very large privately held company it still tries to create a family atmosphere. This includes exceptional benefits and strong loyalty to its employees
Cons
This is not a good company for people who need structure. There is not a define path for ones career at the company. While there is a lot of opportunity to grow it is more something that needs to be discovered rather than being handed too or defined for them.
