      Company takes really good care of their employees, their benefits are amazing, and pay is exceptional. There is also transparency from the C- level executives to the employees which is nice.

      Working weekends and odd hours.

      Psychologically unsafe environment You will be overworked, underappreciated, and micromanaged. The direction that the company is heading is quite concerning, they used to be a good company to work for. Safety culture is a joke.
